第一次聽到這首歌也是在看Grey's Anatomy，這首歌將那種困在即將窒息的難過表達的很好。



Anna Nalick的這首歌讓我想到以前在台灣，那許多個以為自己再也活不下去的夜。我總也是強迫自己用力的繼續呼吸下去，我總是想著，只要可以繼續呼吸下去，那就可以再撐過一個又一個令人心痛的夜。

如今我不再感到窒息了。只是這首歌又讓我想到那些不堪的過去。藉著這首歌，希望在生活中感到窒息的人，請努力的堅強下去。記得，Just Breathe!!!
